What happens if I don’t like the shoes?

We are confident that you will love your shoes! However, if you think they don’t suit you or any other reason, you have 14 days from the day you receive them to send them back for a full refund or exchange credit. This is subject to the fact that they are returned in the condition that they were sold to you, unworn in the original packaging etc…

We advise that you use Recorded delivery in allowing you to track the parcel!

Please remember to include details such as a invoice number/confirmation email, name, address and requirement i.e. exchange or refund along with any other comments.

If there has been a mistake on our part then we will reimburse you for your postage costs.

Returns To Branch

You may return your shoes at any Simmi branch however, you will not be able to exchange or refund them in branch, this will be a drop off service only! Your requirement will be processed through the webstore SimmiShoes.com
